Kent State students lined up to get the first taste of the campus’ newest dining option.
Located inside the Kent Student Center Hub, Bamboo offers customizable ramen bowls and a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, bringing a new culinary experience to campus.
The restaurant comes as an addition after students expressed a preference for a wider variety of globally inspired food choices at the university.
For many, it offers a fresh alternative when compared to traditional dining halls, with an experience closer to an off-campus restaurant and also the chance to personalize your meals and elevate campus dining options.
The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and if opening day reactions are any indication, Bamboo made a great impression.
