The HiHo Brewing Company, opened in 2017 by husband-and-wife co-owners Ali and Jon Hovan. The couple is from Hudson but lived in Denver from 2007 to 2015 during the peak of the craft-brewery trend. They eventually carried the Colorado craft-brewery trend to their new home in Cuyahoga Falls.
