Alyson loves telling stories through photos and taking sports photos, and plans on becoming a professional sports photographer after college for a newspaper, sports news outlet or a sports team.

Taylor Hall is significant and important to Kent State University because it was the main area where the 1970 Kent State Shooting happened. Inside the building, the May 4th visitors center and museum is inside. Taylor hall is also where the Communication and Information is college held too.

Kent State's College of Communication and Information is extending their applications for scholarships to March 1st, 2025.
