The Kent Stater is Kent State’s independent, student-run news organization. The Kent Stater prints bi-weekly and publishes daily online. Its newscast, KSTV, broadcasts daily during the academic year.

Established in 1926, The Kent Stater provides students with real newsroom experience as they report on the Kent community.

The Kent Stater is a part of Kent State Student Media.
