Kent State hosts annual Bioblitz today

Kent State University hosted Bioblitz Friday as part of its earth month festivities. The event focuses on biological explorations and field surveys of local land on campus.

The term Bioblitz was created by the National Park Service in 1996 after the organization hosted an event in Washington D.C.. Kent State created its own program in 2014.
