Kent women’s lacrosse returns from Cincinnati with wins against Ohio and Ball State, 8-3 and 12-1, respectively, and a loss to Dayton, 1-13.

Our goalie Liz Michalos had a great tournament with 38 saves for the day. Our defense did a tremendous job in the 35-degree weather, allowing the other teams only 17 points.

Our lead scorers with four goals each were Jenn Eyerman, Missy Kudla, Ashley Anderson and Kaitlyn Costello. Angie McGrady, Lisa Stoddard, Sarah Jacob, Danielle Heideman and Nicci Iannacchione each scored one goal.

Our leaders in assists were Missy Kudla and Sarah Jacob. Our next game is at John Carroll March 21 at 7 p.m.
