Police arrest one robbery suspect

University police have made an arrest today in connection with the three recent robberies that occurred on and off campus.
Police arrested 23-year-old Benjamin J. Clevidence of Loudonville, Ohio, on charges of robbery and complicity to aggravated robbery.
In the recently released photo, Clevidence was the person wearing the light blue shirt and dark hat with the letter “P” on the front.
University and Kent City police are still asking for assistance in identifying the other two subjects in the photo.
The victims in the two Sunday robberies were not injured. But the victim in the Monday night robbery had minor injuries, said Dean Tondiglia, associate director of public safety.
Anyone with information about the individuals in the photo is asked to contact the Kent State University Police at 330-672-3070 or Kent City Police at 330-673-7732.
