Events set for adult week

Non-traditional students welcome

Daily informative events will be provided this week for the campus’ non-traditional students during the Fifth Annual Adult Learner Week.

Events:

&bull Monday – Brown Bag Seminar: “Single Mother’s Academic Experience” by Geraldine Hayes Nelson, associate dean of Undergraduate Studies, Oscar Ritchie Hall Green Room from noon to 1 p.m.

&bull Tuesday – Veteran’s Community Service Challenge, refreshments and games at the Freedom House for the Veterans Campus Club

&bull Wednesday – Commuter Student Pit Stop, Kent Student Center from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

&bull Thursday – Adult Student Orientation class dialogue with the Non-Traditional Student Senator, Sharina Lukofnak. Business Administration Building Room 324 at 11 a.m.

&bull Friday – Fall Fling at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
