Past Oscar Ritche Hall, on the stairs up to the C-Lot, there was a black squirrel this afternoon making an odd noise. The squirrel was repeatedly screaming for at least half an hour between 2 and 2:30 p.m., and only a little more than his head sticking out of a hole approximately five feet off the ground. Kent Campus Police were contacted and plan to investigate further. Check back later for an update.
