Lecture canceled in Oscar Ritchie

The lecture, “The Ohio Slave Fugitive Codes and the Oberlin Case,” in the department of Pan-African Studies, was canceled Tuesday evening due to weather conditions for Paul Finkelman, the featured speaker. It was scheduled for 6 p.m. in Oscar Ritchie Hall. Finkelman is a professor at Albany Law School in Albany, New York. The lecture is tentatively postponed until April, said Wendy Wilson-Fall, department chair of Pan-African Studies.
