Riders around Portage County who use PARTA’s Dial-A-Ride service were out of luck Monday as all of PARTA’s phone lines were down for the day.

“I can’t get through to them,” said Chris Skapura of Kent. “It’s affecting me and it’s affecting a portion of their 900,000 riders who travel through PARTA each year.”
