Johansson’s lawyer ordered a cease-and-desist, and the site immediately took down the racy photos. The FBI is currently investigating a series of “computer intrusions” allegedly linked to various Hollywood celebrities.

The 63ed Primetime Emmy Awards took place at the NOKIA Theatre in Los Angeles last weekend. Major winners at Sunday’s affair included “Modern Family” with 5 Emmys, “Downton Abbey” with 4, and “The Daily Show” and “Mildred Piece” with two. “Real Housewives” star and famed White House party crasher, Michaele Salahi, was found in Memphis last Thursday with lover and Journey lead guitarist Neal Schon. Salahi’s husband, Tareq, called authorities the night before reporting that his wife had been kidnapped. He has now filed for divorce after almost 8 years of marriage.

“Glee” star Lea Michele and actor boyfriend Theo Stockman split after a year of dating. Reps for the actress announced Monday that the relationship had run its course, and the pair will “always remain friends.”

The much-anticipated “Dancing With the Stars” thirteenth season premiered Monday on ABC. The show features an all-star cast including reality stars Kristen Cavallari and Rob Kardashian, actor David Arquette, and author and activist Chaz Bono. Tuesday’s elimination night, however, proved to be detrimental for NBA star Ron Artest as he was the first contestant to be eliminated this season.

Rosie O’Donnell was spotted Monday with a new girlfriend on the red carpet at a gala for Rosie’s Theater Kids. The couple met at Starbucks and has been dating for a few months. O’Donnell has an upcoming show on OWN and just purchased a huge home in Chicago.
