Motorists traveling on South Water Street can expect delays beginning April 9 because of construction.

The delays, which will continue until April 27, are due to workers from Premier Development laying brick on the west side of the Davey Tree Building.

A large piece of machinery will be crossing the street approximately five times per day for five minutes each time, according to a release. Flaggers will be on scene to direct traffic.
