Dominick’s and The Loft

The Loft on West Main Street and Dominick’s, just around the corner on Franklin Avenue, both hired a manager tasked with being knowledgeable of the Dine Safe Ohio order. Throughout their shift, the manager supervises the bar area and enforces regulations, Smith said.

“They make sure people are seated and tables aren’t moved. The health department almost doesn’t have to go in to inspect [those venues] because they have someone doing that job already, almost policing the bar area and getting people to comply,” Smith said.
