Cleveland National Air Show continues Monday
Thousands gathered at Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland for the 2012 Cleveland National Air Show on Saturday, Sept. 1. The main demonstration featured the United States Navy Blue Angels. The United States Army Golden Knights parachute team also performed their free-fall skydive demonstration.
Numerous other aircraft were on display and flew in demonstrations ranging from racing a rocket-powered pickup truck to a woman who wing-walks on a bi-plane.
The airshow will continue with the same demonstrations on Monday. General admission tickets are $19 for adults if pre-ordered and $21 at the gate. Ages 6-11 are $12 if pre-ordered and $14 at the gate. Parking is $15 per car.
