Kent Police make Halloween preparations
The Kent Police Department is expecting to see thousands in town for Saturday’s holiday. Lt. Jim Prusha says there will be around 100 more police officers on duty. TV2 reporter Glenn Bolich went to find out how the police will react to the large number of students partying in the streets.
