Even with texting bans and other restrictions on cell phone usage in cars, many people still continue to do so.

Cell phones seem to be a necessity for most college students, but some KSU students have a hard time putting down the phone even while driving.

Cleveland is in the process of making a new ban that would make talking on the phone illegal.

If the bill passes, police can pull over a driver for talking on his or her cell phone. The minimum fine is $100.
