Visual communication design seniors will be hosting their work from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Friday in the School of Art Gallery in the Art Building for a Bachelor of Fine Arts show.

“In Transit” is the theme of the show, and work completed in the BFA portfolio class will be displayed for those in attendance. Interactive pieces, posters and package designs will be included.

At 6 p.m. on Friday, there will be a reception and awards ceremony where students will be given awards based on the work displayed in the their portfolios.

CeCe Bell, Kent State alumna, illustrator and award winner of the Geisel Award, will be honored. A retirement reception for Jerry A. Kalback, a professor in the school of Visual Communication Design will also take place.
