Construction in downtown Kent has dominated the city landscape for the last couple of years. The University has also gotten into the act, with improvements on campus and the expansion of the esplanade. Now, with the announcement of the new Architecture building, the campus is set to expand. But, the university has hit somewhat of a snag. It does not yet own a key property. Rich Pierce takes a look in this i-Team report.
