George Zimmerman and his estranged wife got in a fight Monday at her father’s house, police said. Each is accusing the other of starting the conflict. Shellie Zimmerman, who filed for divorce last week, said on a 911 call that George Zimmerman punched her father in the nose and threatened them both with a gun. She said, however, that she does not want to press charges and changed her story, according to police reports. George Zimmerman was acquitted in July in the case of the fatal Florida shooting of Trayvon Martin.

Columbus driver who admitted last week in a video that he killed a man while drunk driving turned himself in Monday on a charge of aggravated vehicular assault. A federal judge in San Francisco ruled Monday that Abercrombie & Fitch violated anti-discrimination laws when it fired a Muslim worker in 2010 for wearing a headscarf. The company said the headscarf violated its policy governing the look of employees. Abercrombie & Fitch has been accused in multiple lawsuits of discrimination related to the New Albany, Ohio, company’s “look policy,” which critics say means the company’s audience mostly includes white, young, athletic-looking people.
