Two cars collided at the intersection of South Lincoln and Summit Streets, Tues. Sept. 3. at approximately 4:00 p.m. Neighbors said the driver of the grey Volkswagon was taken by ambulance while police guided traffic away from the accident. The condition of the driver, who was wearing a neck brace, is unknown.
