As more than one foot of snow storms the East Coast, some Kent State commuters said a school delay would have made their trek to class easier.

Both Kent State’s Stark and Tuscarawas campuses delayed classes until noon Monday. Its East Liverpool and Salem branch campuses cancelled classes after 3 p.m. today.

Snow showers are predicted throughout the week with wind chill below zero degrees on Jan. 27 and 28.
