“Free” -Grafitti 6

Founded in London in 2009, Grafitti 6’s mix of blues, indie and folk music makes for a beautiful sound. Their “Colours” album was released in 2013, and this particular song paints the picture of driving in the car with the windows down, wind blowing, sun shining and the hope of a summer that is yet to arrive.

“Someone New” – Hozier

The Irish, indie rock, blue, and soul, singer/songwriter Hozier released his first, self-titled album in September 2014. Best known for his single “Take Me To Church,” Hozier seems to brighten the mood of the album with “Someone New,” although the music video seems to tell the opposite. Nonetheless, “Someone New” is a catchy track that is easy to fall in love with..

“You and I” – Ingrid Michaelson

The indie pop singer released “Be OK” in 2008 and has since released three more albums, making a total of six studio albums. The use of the ukulele always seems to shout spring and summer. So, keep that window rolled down, turn the stereo up and keep driving to the place that you love most.
