College of Business Administration to host graduate program night
The Kent State University College of Business Administration will host a graduate programs night Wednesday for students looking to find more information about degree programs.
According to KSU’s College of Business Administration website, participants will be able to meet faculty, alumni and current students who can answer questions and discuss the masters and doctoral degree programs the College of Business Administration offers.
The event will take place in room 306 of the Student Center from 6-8 p.m.
The College of Business Administration website stated the degrees that attendees will be able to learn more about include: Masters of Accounting, Masters of Economics, Executive MBA and Ph.D. in Business Administration. The five MBA dual degrees that the college will also be offering information on include: architecture, communication studies, library and information science, nursing and translation.
The website also expressed that the internationally accredited graduate business programs feature innovative curriculums, experienced faculty and flexible scheduling.
Alex Untied, a student worker in the marketing communications office for the College of Business Administration, said that there are about 30 or 40 students expected to attend the program.
“It’s a great opportunity to learn more about business graduate programs here at Kent, and even if they’re (students) are not focused mainly on business, there’s still the five dual degrees where they (students) can get that business concentration,” Untied said. “Even though it is the College of Business, it’s kind of diverse and can fit a good amount of students and interests.”
The event is open to current students, alumni and the general public.
To register, call 330-672-2282 or online beforehand.
