Terhune invited to Chiefs mini camp
Former Kent State defensive end Nate Terhune has been invited to participate in mini camp for the Kanas City Chiefs.
Terhune led the Flashes last season in sacks, 6.5, and in tackles for loss, 9.5, has made 107 tackles for his career.
Terhune was also the only player for the Flashes to be credited with both a offensive and defensive touchdown during his college career. During the 2015 season, Terhune recovered a fumble for a touchdown in a game against Delaware State. During a contest against Ohio University in 2013, Terhune ran for a 61-yard touchdown off a fake punt.
Terhune joins James Harrison, Josh Cribbs and Casey Pierce as former Kent State players to have an opportunity to play the NFL.
