Kent State’s Office of the University Architect is replacing the existing sidewalk between the White Hall parking lot and the handicap entrance to Moulton Hall.

Due to the construction, the area will be closed for the remainder of the project.

This replacement also aims to provide a more accessible way for students with disabilities.

“While it is being replaced, it will be reworked to provide a better, more accessible slope for people in wheelchairs,” said Michael Bruder, executive director of Facility Planning and Design.

Construction is projected to be finished later this semester.
