Kent Police investigate break-in, theft at Mazda dealership

After finding broken glass and a bent service garage, police said a 2020 purple Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat was stolen from a local dealership.

Investigators found that someone broke through the service garage Thursday morning. It is unknown if anything else was taken.

During the investigation, another local police station attempted a traffic stop when they noticed “suspicious circumstances” involving a White Infiniti Q60 and a Purple Dodge Challenger in their city.

The vehicles fled and Kent Police said they believed it was related to theft but could not confirm.

Kent Police said no other information is currently available.
