Former Kent State student indicted for rape, four other felonies
Former Kent State student Connor Hendry, 20, was indicted for an alleged rape that occurred in April 2018 on the main campus.
Hendry was arraigned Monday, Feb. 4 and charged with five felonies, including rape, sexual battery and abduction, according to Portage County court records. Bond was set at $35,000; Hendry posted 10 percent and was released on a home-arrest monitoring program.
Hendry is prohibited from being on university property, according to the Record-Courier. He is also prohibited from having contact with the alleged victim.
On Hendry’s LinkedIn, he states he was an accounting major at Kent State University and worked as a security aide on campus.
