Winner: Eagles’ Landing
Only a five-minute walk from the main campus, Eagles Landing is one of the closest apartment complexes near Kent State.
And this year, it made first place for best off-campus housing.
Second: Province
Located right in front of Eagles Landing, Province is also a prime location for students.
It’s directly across from the current College of Business Administration.
The Province’s amenities include a movie theater, an outdoor pool and tanning and workout areas.
Third Place: 345 Flats and Campus Pointe (TIE)
For third place, it’s a tie between 345 Flats and Campus Pointe.
Both complexes are located a little further from campus. Located on Ashton Lane near Acme and Raising Cane’s, Campus Pointe is the one furthest away from campus.
345 Flats is the most recent apartments built that was dedicated to students. Located on South Depeyster Street, it’s a prime location for students who have classes in the architecture building and Franklin, Rockwell and McGilvrey Halls.
