BJ Duling transferring from Kent State basketball

BJ Duling announced he will be transferring from Kent State Tuesday afternoon via his Instagram account.

Duling played a career-low 10 minutes per game this season. He played more than 10 minutes only four times during conference play. During his freshman season, he averaged almost 16 minutes per game and played in 34 games.

He averaged 2.9 points per game, while playing in 27 games last season. He scored a season-high 12 points against Shawnee State on Nov. 13.

Duling averaged 4.8 points per game over 38 games his freshman season. 

He was a key contributor on the defensive end, finishing with four steals in a win at Vanderbilt. He finished the season with 16 steals and 11 blocks.
